Our editorial standards
A coloring page should be useful before it is discoverable. We plan artwork around a clear activity, an appropriate level of detail, and a composition that offers something different from existing pages.
Artwork and AI assistance
Some artwork is created with AI assistance. Our content workflow keeps the source image and checks the actual result before drafting its description. Where the publication record identifies AI-assisted artwork, the page includes a note. AI output is not treated as proof of accuracy, originality, or permission to use a character.
Review before publication
Our publishing workflow requires an editor to check that the description matches the image, the artwork is appropriate for its intended audience, and obvious structural problems, watermarks, duplicates, and rights concerns have been considered. Automated checks help identify issues; they do not replace this review.
Files that work
A printable page must have registered preview and download files before it can be published. Our workflow checks the files and produces PNG, A4 PDF, and US Letter PDF versions. Download links are shown only for available formats.
Useful pages, clear links
Similar search phrases are grouped for consideration rather than turned into separate pages. Links lead to related, published resources. Search performance can help us spot pages to improve, but it does not automatically trigger publishing or removal.
Corrections and concerns
If an image, description, download, or rights claim needs attention, contact hello@colorpicnic.com with the page URL and the issue. We can review the source and publication history. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
