We may collect account details, authentication and session data, service usage records, billing records, support messages, and security signals such as IP address, browser details, device information, and rate-limit events.

When you use the creation workflow, we process the images you upload, the generation settings you choose, optional notes you submit, and the line-art outputs created for you.

We use information to operate ColorPicnic, sign you in, process one-time payments, deliver line-art results, maintain your credit balance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and answer support requests.

We do not use uploaded images or generated outputs to train ColorPicnic models or for advertising without a clear notice and your separate consent.

Necessary cookies, local storage, and server logs may be used to keep sessions working, remember essential choices, protect payment and generation flows, and diagnose service failures.

Optional analytics or preference storage is controlled through Cookie Settings. Disabling optional storage does not disable functions required for security, payments, or the core service.

One-time payments are processed by Stripe. ColorPicnic does not store full card numbers or payment credentials on its own servers. Stripe handles payment information under its own policies and agreements.

ColorPicnic relies on providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, and selected authentication or image-processing providers when those features are enabled. They may process data only as needed to provide those services.

We may disclose limited information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, property, security, or the service.

ColorPicnic is available internationally. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules from your country.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here. If you request account deletion, we aim to remove account data and user content promptly.

Limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, chargebacks, tax or accounting duties, legal compliance, security investigations, and enforcement of our Terms.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or request portability of certain personal data. Contact us for help with a request.

Browser-side preferences can be changed at any time on the Cookie Settings page. Changes apply going forward in the browser where they are saved.

ColorPicnic is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child under 18, we may delete it and close the related account.

We may update this policy as ColorPicnic changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the Last updated date on this page.
