Terms of Service

By accessing or using ColorPicnic, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or payment activity has been used without permission.

You keep ownership of your source images. You grant ColorPicnic a limited permission to process, transmit, and temporarily store them only as needed to provide the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload an image and create a derived result from it.

ColorPicnic sells credit packs starting at 10 creations as one-time purchases. We do not offer automatic renewal or recurring subscriptions in the current MVP.

One credit is consumed when a paid generation is successfully completed. Prices, currency, and included credits are shown before Stripe checkout begins.

Generated line artwork can vary according to the source image and selected settings. We do not guarantee that every result will be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular professional, legal, or regulated use.

Subject to these Terms and the rights in your source image, paid outputs may be used for personal and commercial projects.

You may not use ColorPicnic to violate law, harm others, interfere with the service, evade limits, or process content you have no right to use.

• Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not resell access to ColorPicnic or transfer credits without written permission.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We work to preserve valid purchased credits when practical.

We may restrict or close access when these Terms are materially breached, payments are fraudulent, or continued use creates risk for users or the service. You may stop using ColorPicnic at any time.

ColorPicnic is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular artistic outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, ColorPicnic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to hello@colorpicnic.com.
